Put knees on ground, roll out with the wheel to arms distance of 45 degrees.

Then do not roll back with arms, but move buttocks back first.

This is not an easy exercise, as most people will roll back with the arms. Try moving backside/buttock back first, and you will notice the difference on the stomach immediately.
